Codex quota and reset questions

Does a Tibo post confirm a Codex reset time?

Only an explicit statement can establish an announced time. A hint, reply or service incident alone does not confirm a reset. Read the full post and follow-up replies, including any stated eligibility or time zone.

Has a scheduled Codex reset happened once the countdown ends?

No. A scheduled time passing is not execution evidence. Look for a follow-up announcement and check your account. We keep a schedule separate from a reported completed event.
